The building is now four apartments. Who arranges the visit?
Whoever can get us to the roof and to the connections. In practice that is usually the owner or the managing agent. Tell us the arrangement when you ring and we will tell you what access the report you want is going to need.
Do you handle the roof hatch and the equipment yourselves?
Yes, provided the hatch opens and we know about it beforehand. What we cannot do is produce a key on the morning, which is why access is the first thing we ask about rather than the last.
