Who these terms are with

These terms apply to your use of royalchimneysweepductcleaningbloomfieldnj.com, operated by Royal Chimney Sweep & Duct Cleaning Bloomfield NJ. We are a service-area business: work is carried out at the customer's property across Bloomfield and nineteen further New Jersey towns, and we do not operate premises open to the public.

Using this site means these terms apply. If you disagree with them, the site is still free to read; nothing here obliges you to contact us.

What the information here is for

Everything on this site is written to help somebody decide whether to call, and it is general rather than specific to your building. Chimneys differ by construction, by age, by what has been connected to them and by what previous work has been done, and none of that is visible from a web page.

Nothing here is a professional opinion about your chimney, your flue, your appliance or your ducts. If something on this site makes you think there may be a problem at your property, the next step is somebody looking at it — ours or anybody else's.

Estimates

An estimate is free and it carries no obligation on either side. It is an estimate: a considered figure based on what was seen on the day, not a fixed price and not a quotation. Where opening something up reveals more than was visible — and on hundred-year-old masonry it sometimes does — we will tell you before doing further work rather than after.

No price appears anywhere on this site. Any figure attributed to this business that you did not receive from this business directly did not come from us.

Booking, access and cancellation

An appointment is confirmed when we confirm it, by telephone or in writing. Submitting the form is a request rather than a booking.

Some work needs access we cannot arrange ourselves — a roof hatch in a divided building, a key held by a managing agent, a parking space on a narrow street. Where that is the case we will say so when the appointment is made, because a visit that cannot start is a wasted morning for both of us.

Roof work depends on weather and on the roof being safe to stand on. We will reschedule rather than take a risk, and we will tell you as early as we can.

What we do not claim

This site makes no claim of licensing, insurance, certification, membership, award or years in business, because none of those could be verified from the public record at the time it was built. If you need any of them confirmed before letting somebody into your house, ask on the phone and we will answer directly.

The rating and review count shown on this site are what Google published on the date stated beside them. They are not estimates and they are not derived from an average.

Links to other sites

This site links to our Google Business Profile and embeds a Google map. Those are Google's services, operating under Google's terms, and we do not control what they show or collect.

The text, layout and design of this site belong to us. The photographs are either the business's own or were made for this site. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back; please do not copy pages wholesale.

Governing law, and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
